The Korean Chicken Chimichanga
Cha Cha Chili is one of my favorite places to eat. You can't go wrong with Korean food. You can't go wrong with Mexican food. Korean-Mexican food is another thing that can't go wrong. Korean BBQ Tacos are a popular dish found in Los Angeles and Koreatown. However, most Korean BBQ Tacos are only found served by the elusive Kogi food truck. For those of you who don't have time to go chasing a food truck across LA, we are fortunate enough to have a Korean BBQ Taco joint, right down the street! Cha Cha Chili is located on Valley Blvd, only 5 minutes away from the CSULA campus. Their standard Bulgogi burrito is a must have, and everyone should try the various types of tacos they serve, ranging from BBQ Chicken to Kalbi (Korean Short Ribs). But what I believe should be something everyone tries, is the Cha Cha Chili Chimichanga. The Chimichanga is a FRIED burrito with your choice of Korean BBQ meat, topped with spicy mayo, cheese, and all the other goodies found in your Korean Burrito. WARNING: These things are big, it will take team work with your friends to take one down. You also may find your own personal health deteriorate after consuming one. But its worth it.

The Fry Smith is a food truck that specializes in mixing the french fries we have grown to eat with all our fast food meals and love, and combining them with the experience of a lifetime. The Fry Smith has a variety of special fries from good old fashioned Chili Cheese Fries, to the Canadian national dish the Poutines, to the very original Kimchi Fries. Although this food truck in particular tends to be quite elusive, I was lucky enough to find this food truck on our very own CSULA campus. I decided to pay homage to our brothers from the north and order the poutines. For all you Canada-insensitive hosers out there, Poutines are French Fries smothered in gravy and topped with cheese curds. The Fry Smith added their own spin on it by adding bacon bits into the mix. The Fry Smith Poutines made me proud to wish that I was a Canadian. O Canada O Canada. You can track The Fry Smith truck at their website www.eatfrysmith.com
